About J.M. Plumbley
J.M. Plumbley writes contemporary fantasy, horror, and a blog about monsters. She is an active member of the Brooklyn Speculative Fiction Writers (BSFW) and a proud graduate of the Odyssey Writing Workshop.
Plumbley lives in New York City but is not from there. Her folks live in Portland, Oregon, but she’s not from there, either—she grew up in the military and so has no real place of origin. It can be said that she generally prefers the U.S. west coast over the east coast, rural areas over urban, and snakes over spiders.
She also enjoys both dogs and cats, but if you’ve read enough author bios, that should not come as a surprise.
